Monthly Favourites | October

How are we in November already !? I'm no way near prepared to start christmas shopping yet or feel at all christmassy just yet. I thought I'd start November's posts off with talking about some favourites of mine from last month.

Tartan Headscarf

I do love hair accessories as I love to try out new styles because I get bored of having the same style everyday, so when I saw this headscarf from New Look which I can't find online sorry in one of my favourite tartan colours I thought hmm... could I pull this off? as I'm not the most confident fashion trender. I've been wearing this the most this month and If you're interested in how I style this then look out for a post sometime this month.

This has been my favourite autumn nail colour which I bought in a set. This is my first time using essie polishes and I love them, so rich in colour with a huge variety, glossy and hardly any chips. Deep purples are my favourite colour to wear around this time of year.

I find lip crayons the most easiest products to wear and these bourjois ones have been my favourite for everyday wear, they are glossy not sticky but lip balm style and help moisturise the lips with a tint of colour, so this brick red has been my fall alternative when I don't fancy a matte lip. They don't wear for long but the darker colours leave behind a stain which helps the colour last longer.

Never did I have a problem with dry hands until the beginning of my 20's so I've been using this, whenever I remember, it's not greasy and takes less than a few seconds for it to sink into the skin. It contains sweet almond oil and Brazil nut oil which is for all skin types.

This isn't the first time this moisturising lotion has made an appearance on my blog. I always go back to this cream as it just relieves dry itchy skin in an instant, my eczema is trying to fight back but I have it under control using this whenever I start to feel uncomfortable.
