Seafolly Summer

As promised a few days ago, here is my second post on the gorgeous yet totally down-to-earth Behati Prinsloo! Previously on my blog, she was the muse of Free People's "Washed Ashore" catalogue featuring all things boho chic, but today I'm going to feature her latest gig as the new face of Seafolly's spring/summer campaign. As you may know (or may not know), Seafolly is renowned for catapulting rising models of the moment to fame, such as Miranda Kerr, Jessica Hart and Catherine McNeil. This season, the Aussie bikini-brand chose Behati Prinsloo to model their lush swimsuit campaign. But being the beauty that she is with her glowing skin and forever-bikini-ready body, it is no wonder that this is the second year in a row that she has modelled for the label. The S/S 2013 campaign is lensed by David Gubert and is located in hot and sunny Desert Springs, LA. Scroll down for some oh-so-fabulous tropical snaps!

Can anyone not be in love with this campaign? Everything in it is just 10/10 perfection! From the lighting to the beachwear to the background, it utterly oozes exotic tropical charm and it's pure summer eye candy! (Let me just pause to say that Behati looks a bit like Kate Moss in "Sail Away" from British Vogue's June issue. The eyeliner made her eyes stand out and it had the same attention-grabbing effect on Kate Moss, don't you think? ) Anyhow, I can't help but feel super envious of those people that get to tan and relax at the beach practically every day! I know Singapore is a tropical country and all, and plus it's summer, but lately the weather hasn't been the warm, sunny days I expected and it's rather gloomy, so I'm even more envious of those people that get a lot of sunshine nowadays. All I can do now is to dream that I'm Behati, posing in front of the camera, donning stunning Seafolly two-pieces and basking in the warm Los Angeles sun. Ahhh, can that feel any more amazing?

What do you think of this campaign? Do you think Behati looked a bit like Kate Moss? What's your favourite bikini-brand?
